There is a very well managed workload with GP's working to 15 minute consultations and patients able to book up to 1 hour with the GP. There is no extensive admin burden, no home visits and the day includes 4 x 15 minute catch up slots resulting in a very well managed workload and the GP's are able to enjoy a healthy work life balance. The typical working day would be 9 until 17:30. There are consultant Partners working across the group as well as network of allied healthcare professionals meaning the GP's are well supported.
